Do you provide warranties?

Metal Central carries steel panels that come with the manufacturers’ material warranties, these include Central States’ excellent warranties on both paint and substrate. Warranty length and coverage is directly tied to the combination of quality specs customers can choose from, including paint type, paint thickness, substrate material, substrate thickness, steel gauge, and substrate hardness.

Contractors can view and download Central States’ warranty documents here and are encouraged to print these out for the applicable products, fill in the job-specific information, and provide the documents to the end user as an added value to their customers.

Registration is not required for Central States warranties, but end users have the option to register their warranties online here and experience an expedited warranty claim experience in the unlikely event it’s needed in the future.

WARRANTY REGISTRATION

We do not directly rent out tools to contractors for installing our products, however you can buy certain tools directly from us. METAL BUILDINGS

Are anchor bolts included?
No, anchor bolts should be provided by the contractor pouring the foundation. The stamped drawings provided by Metal Central’s building system provider, Central States Building Works, show where the bolts need to be placed in order to assist the contractor.
The complete metal building systems provided by Metal Central through Central States Building Works include the metal framing and all metal components (panels, trim, and accessories) for the quoted metal building. Additional customized add-on options can include metal building insulation, roll-up doors, and much more. We do not include (or quote the cost of) anchor bolts or windows.

If job site delivery is requested, the building will usually be delivered to the job site on two or more trucks depending on the size of the building and options selected. For example, you may receive one truck of components, one truck of frames, and one truck of insulation. Alternatively, Metal Central can deliver directly to your preferred distributor location and they can arrange your pick-up/delivery options from their location.

For job site deliveries, Metal Central does not provide unloading of the materials and typically we do not have the material handling equipment on board to offer unloading. Customers requesting job site delivery should be prepared with their own material handling equipment on site to unload and erect the building. Your equipment should be able to handle at least 3,500 pounds.
